1 The contract between us. 
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the work that you order in order to allocate the time required. Your payment of the price for the services represents an offer on your part to purchase the services, which will be accepted when I send to you an email to confirm the receipt of payment. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2 Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Coutisson Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
3 Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described.
4 VAT
Executive Virtual Assistance & Personal Assistance is exempt from VAT.
5 Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order of Virtual Assistance
An acceptance of your order will take place on receipt of payment.
6 Cancellation rights
6.1 Once a contract of work has been agreed and paid for, cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the agreed work dates. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours a 60% refund will be returned.
6.2 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order less any bank charges incurred.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us and your payment has not be received before the start of the work agreed.
7 Liability
Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
7.1 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
8 Changes to legal notices
I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. I will notify you with changes via email.
9 Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
10 Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
11 Evidence of Hours
We will provide evidence of hours worked, if requested. Such evidence shall be final and not subject to dispute.
12 Privacy & Confidentiality You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

15 We may use information that you provide: 1. To register you with this website and to administer it. 2. For assessment and analysis e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable me to review, develop and improve our services.
16 Security I endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, I cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and I will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to my negligence or wilful default.
